Cost Of Breast Augmentation & Financing

The total cost of your breast implant surgery is determined once Dr. Killingsworth and his plastic surgery team learn your goals and plan your individualized procedure. Breast augmentation starts at $9,000 for silicone breast implants.

Breast Augmentation:

Breast implants add natural-looking size and shape to the breasts to improve overall breast symmetry. Breast implants come in different shapes and sizes to best fit your profile. We offer saline and silicone breast implants. Both implant types are approved as safe to use by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and each breast implant option offers its own advantages. Opting for implants may be right for you if you feel your breasts are deflated, unproportional, or negatively impact your body image.

    During breast implant replacement, breast implants are removed and replaced with new implants. Generally, it is recommended that implants are replaced every 10-20 years, although patients undergo breast implant replacement for a variety of cosmetic and medical concerns.

    Breast implants can be removed for cosmetic or medical reasons. Some patients are no longer happy with the appearance of their implants, while others need their implants removed due to a rupture, tear, or capsular contracture. Dr. Killingsworth is the founder and managing partner of Astra Plastic Surgery. He graduated from the University of Florida with highest honors and completed an award-winning research thesis in the area of vascular surgery (Lifeline Foundation Research Initiatives in Vascular Disease). He then attended the Medical College of Georgia for medical school, where he earned the William B. Dion award for Most Outstanding Student Pursuing a Career in Surgery. Dr. Killingsworth went on to attend the prestigious University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he completed a five-year residency in general surgery, focusing on breast and cancer surgery, vascular surgery, and minimally invasive (laparoscopic) techniques.

Dr. Christopher Killingsworth is a double board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, and body. Dr. Killingsworth is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
